I have nothing but good things to say about your service department and it's employees. I recently had a issue with Trent's Body Shop their paint shop made error on paint job. Wanted me to pay to have it corrected. I immediately called Janet Wade and explained my situation. She spoke to her supervisors and needles to say they changed their tune about me paying for their mistake, Not only did Trent's fix my paint job they brought it back to Toyota Service Department for them to check out and approve work before I picked it up. Those girls Janet and Beth has everyone and everything in control. Your service group work well together. They also checked out my car and had tires rotated. It was due and they went ahead and serviced it for me. Yeah Good Job Service Department. Mrs. Gayle Gafford
