I took my vehicle in to get a tire rotation and oil change. Shortly after I had dropped my vehicle off to be serviced the service department called and told me I needed to get my breaks replaced immediately. I decided to get the breaks replaced while it was begin serviced. When I arrived back at John O'Neil Johnson Toyota I had to wait longer than expected and customer service went above and beyond to make sure my visit was satisfactory. They were very nice and apologetic.

Service was excellent, but my appointment was at 1:00 and work did not be gin until 1:45. Once begun, it was completed quickly.

Everyone that I spoke with was very helpful! Karissa was the person who I began speaking with and continued contact with all the way through my purchase. She was wonderful! She was very patient and understanding of my indecisiveness when it came to choosing the first vehicle I would be purchasing my self! All around great experience!

I THOUGHT MY SALES PROFESSIONAL WAS TREMENDOUSLY IN HELPING MY WIFE AND I MAKE AN IMPORTANT DECISION. THE ONLY REASON I ONLY RATE THE DEALER WITH 4 STARS IS THAT I AM STILL WAITING FOR THE COMPANY DEMONSTRATE HOW VIGOROUS AND THOROUGHLY THEY PURSE RESOLVING THE SAFETY ISSUE WITH THE AUTOMOBILE'S CRUISE CONTROL FEATURE. IN MY VIEW THIS IS AN ISSUE THAT IS GOING TO RESULT IN PEOPLE BEING KILLED AND HURT IF IT IS NOT PROMPTLY RESOLVED. TO GET AN UPGRADE TO 5 STARS, A COMPETENT ENGINEER FROM TOYOTA SHOULD CONTACT ME.
